Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done: text meets contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1, every link and form field can be reached with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline, images carry text descriptions, the layout works at phone width, and all movement switches off if your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations: the downloadable biography is a PDF and may not work fully with screen readers. Ask and we will send the same information in another format.

Equality, diversity and inclusion

Racial equity and social justice run through our work. That carries obligations for how we work, not just what we work on.

In engagements: We ask whose experience is missing from the room, and we design every session so that people with less formal power can be heard.

In access: We make reasonable adjustments for anyone taking part in our work, including timing, format and venue. Tell us what you need.

Safeguarding

Some of our work involves young people or adults who may be at risk.

Where an engagement involves them, an enhanced DBS check is completed through the client organisation, and we follow that organisation's safeguarding policy.

We report any concern to the organisation's designated safeguarding lead. If someone is at immediate risk, we contact the police or the local authority directly.
